I have been struggling with sleep problems for more than 15 years. The last couple of years have been the worst, at times only getting two hours per night for many consecutive nights. I had tried everything and nothing seemed to work. A friend of min suggested to go to hypnotherapy.... I was desperate! I found Cinda and scheduled my appointment right away. After just the first session with her, I slept better, not just for a day but for a week! My sleep has increasingly gotten better and better since I first started working with her. It’s wonderful to not go to bed fearful every night that I will stay up most of the night, and it’s amazing to feel rested after a good night sleep. I hadn’t felt this way since I was in my teens! I’m so grateful for having found her. I just wish I could’ve started this many years ago!
I just had my panel audition today and I think it went really well. I did the visualization exercises ... and then I went through the whole day while I was doing that as well. And then I listened to your tape and then I went to bed...I did my exams and did a lot of breathing between, which was really helpful. I found, like we discussed earlier, with me practicing the event that I was releasing some of the nervous feelings,....so that it wouldn’t all build up until this one day, and that really helped. I didn’t feel as nervous as I probably would have if I hadn’t done the visualization exercises and the breathing was really helpful and it felt good and I had a really good audition.
